Four or More Unpaid Parking Tickets
If you have four or more unpaid parking tickets, your vehicle may be:
- immobilized with a boot, a wheel-locking device. A boot may be placed on your vehicle whether it is legally or illegally parked.
- towed or impounded in accordance with the City of Seattle Scofflaw Ordinance.
